One of the ways in which the Union supports its members is by giving them the chance to come together and you may know that every year we traditionally organise a national LGBT+ Get-Together. 

Places at the Get-Together are limited and only open to members who identify as LGBT+. Regional Councils consider all nominations and select who is to be nominated. Please ensure you return this form by Wednesday, 21 June 2023. Nominations received after this date may not be considered.


The personal sensitive data collected on this form will be used to facilitate the selection and attendance of nominees to Usdaw's National LGBT+ Get-Together 2023, as well as updating the member record. This is in pursuit of the Union's legitimate activities as stated in the Objects section of the Rule Book. The form will be stored securely for 12 months before being destroyed securely.  For further details on how the Union processes member data can be found in our privacy notice.
