Shopworkers’ trade union Usdaw and businesses are supporting the change, with the consultation launched today at a Scotmid store in Edinburgh. Usdaw takes their 'Justice for Injured Workers' campaign to Parliament 16 January 2018 Shopworkers’ trade union Usdaw is urging the Government not to restrict access to justice for victims of workplace accidents or diseases. The union today gave evidence to the House of Commons Justice Select Committee in opposition to Government reforms to personal injury cases.
