Retail trade union Usdaw has provided written evidence to the Low Pay Commission (LPC) on minimum wage rates. The LPC’s annual call for evidence closes today and responses will help shape the recommendations they will make to the Government this autumn on the 2022 minimum wage rates.

Retail trade union Usdaw has welcomed IKEA’s commitment to continue as a Living Wage employer, ensuring staff will be paid at least £10.85 an hour in London and £9.50 in the rest of the country. The union continues to call for at least £10 per hour for workers of all ages across the UK.
