Mike Walker – Usdaw regional secretary says: “This overwhelming support for industrial action should be a wake-up call for the company, who have still not tabled an acceptable offer to resolve last year’s pay review. We hope that management will have heard the strength of feeling of our members and significantly improve their most recent offer of 4% to prevent damaging industrial action.”
