Nick Gerrard – Usdaw area organiser says: “Usdaw members working at B&M’s distribution centre in Middlewich are shocked by the company’s announcement that the lease on the site will expire in June next year and won’t be renewed, along with the work being transferred to a third-party operator based nearly 100 miles away.

“Usdaw will be entering into consultation meetings with the company over the next few weeks to understand the impact on members and explore all options. We will continue to support, advise and represent our members during this difficult time.”
