Neurodivergent people, and parents and carers of neurodivergent family members face barriers getting into paid work and to receiving the right support at work.

Will you pledge to support Usdaw’s campaign to:

• Raise awareness of, and celebrate, neurodiversity
• Encourage open conversations about neurodiversity in the workplace
• Work with employers to create welcoming, inclusive workplaces for neurodivergent people, parents and carers
