We are asking reps to run a one-day Keep Your Cool campaign in their store, any day from 10-16 November 2025, to raise awareness and make it clear that abuse is not part of the job.
You can get involved by doing as much or as little as you like - anything from a campaign stall on the shop floor, to having conversations with colleagues.
