The Union of Shop, Distributive and Allied Workers is one of the UK's largest trade union.
A vacancy exists for a HR Administrator based at the Union’s Head Office.

The principal duties are: provide administrative support within the HR function, including resolving general enquiries; maintain the Unionꞌs HR database and flexi system and process new starters and leavers; undertake duties with regard to the recruitment and selection process and produce reports.
The successful applicant will posses: previous experience of a HR role; the ability to communicate effectively; IT literacy, particularly Microsoft Office including Word and Excel; basic knowledge of HR systems and policies; the ability to plan and organise their workload; knowledge of data protection and confidentiality.
