Mapping the workplace

In order to successfully organise a workplace we need imformation about the workforce. One way of collecting this information is to map the workplace.

Mapping allows us to collect a rich source of information and at the same to talk to members and non-members about their concerns and aspirations. Mapping is a key part of any organising campaign in a workplace.
