Usdaw has been inundated with hundreds of calls and letters from
M&S staff as the company changes the terms and conditions of
its workforce.
Employees from the company's 350 stores are contacting Usdaw to
find out where they stand in relation to the law, their rights, and
the consequences of standing up to these changes being forced upon
them.
