Only half of UK workers take advantage of their employer's pension scheme.  Our Pensions Awareness Campaign aims to...

• Encourage members to start thinking now about what they're going to live on when they retire.
• Raise confidence and awareness about pensions so our members can make informed decisions.
• Improve take up of Company pension schemes.
• Enable Reps to answer basic queries in the workplace.
• Equip Reps with the reasons to give their colleagues about why they should be staying in their pension scheme or, if they haven't done so, joining the pension scheme now and not putting it off.
• Encourage Reps and members to learn more about pensions by enrolling onto the Understanding Pensions Home Study Course.
