There are 3 simple steps to becoming a

1. Book your free 3 day trial online
2. Visit your chosen centre, quote Usdaw and
explain you are interested in corporate membership.
3. Download and print eligibility leaflet below
and take it along with your Usdaw membership card when you
signup.

FAQ
1. If I am currently a member of a commercial Nuffield
Health Fitness & Wellbeing Centre, can I transfer onto the
National Corporate membership?
You will be required to fulfill the remainder of your existing
contract before changing to the National Corporate rate.
2. Can my partner join independently of me?
No. You must sign up as a National corporate member for your
partner to be eligible for the discounted rate. When you partner
joins, you will be required to accompany them on their first visit
and show your Usdaw membership card.
3. Can my partner join a centre in a different location
to me?
Yes. You will still be required to accompany them on their first
visit and show your Usdaw membership card.
4. What happens if I leave the union or cease to become
an on site member?
You will no longer be eligible for the discounted rate and will
be moved onto the Standard rate. You will be required to
demonstrate your continued eligibility for this / these offers upon
the expiry of your chosen contract term.
