challenge?
The Academy gives dedicated Reps the unique opportunity to spend
six months out of their workplace working with Usdaw on specific
recruitment and organising projects in their division.
As an Academy Organiser you will receive full training and the
support of an Usdaw coach and your wages will continue to be paid
throughout your secondment.
There are two Academies –1&2.
Academy1 is open to all active Reps to apply,
while Academy2 is open only to Reps who have been
on Academy1 in a previous year.
If you are interested in taking part you will need to be
available for the full six-months of the programme. The 2013
programme starts on 13 May 2013. Applications are
