What is the Reps Pack for?

Usdaw launched FirstCall Usdaw on 27 April 2008 at the ADM in Blackpool.

The pack has been sent to all Usdaw reps in order that:

• Reps know about FirstCall Usdaw.
• Reps understand what FirstCall Usdaw can do and what it can't do.
• Reps can support the FirstCall Usdaw launch in their workplace.
• Reps have the FirstCall Usdaw launch materials and know what to do with them.
• Reps have the latest version of the Legal Plus Reps' Handbook.
• Reps have the latest Legal Plus leaflets.
