This poster gives more detail on Usdaw’s transport section for professional drivers.
- We look after the interests of Usdaw members who drive for a living. This includes representation on pay and conditions of employment. Companies where we have agreements covering drivers include Palmer Harvey & McLane, Tesco, Sainsbury's, Wincanton, Home Delivery Network, Parcelnet, Co-op, Hays, Norbert Dentressangle, Next Distribution and Exel Logistics.
- We maintain an up-to-date information system on transport matters and provide help and advice to members.
- We give you a voice through your own representative on the Road Transport National Committee - Usdaw's national forum for transport matters.
- We operate a self-help Distress Fund for members who receive work-related penalties for motoring offences.
