Prosecutions
As a member, if you're prosecuted for something
in the course of your work, we'll instruct Solicitors
to advise on your defence. If there is a defence,
we will instruct them to represent you until
State Criminal Legal Aid can be arranged.
For work-related prosecutions, ask your
Usdaw rep for a grey Usdaw form BL6
If you and your family are facing criminal charges
not related to work, you're entitled to free legal
advice from an Usdaw Solicitor.
