Dyslexia Awareness Week – 3 to 9 November 2008

The word 'Dyslexia' means 'a difficulty with words', and its most common characteristic is difficulty with reading, writing and spelling.

Dyslexia is not a medical condition like a disease or illness, it's a problem with the way the brain processes information.

Over 1.5 million adults are dyslexic.
