Learning in Partnership - A Learning Agreement between Usdaw and Booker Ltd
Booker in Wellingborough is the National Distribution Centre for Booker convenience stores and is part of the Big Food group. There are approximately 150 members of staff on site. This agreement is a local agreement covering all the staff at the Booker site in Wellingborough. The agreement includes terms of reference for a Workplace Learning Committee (steering group).
Both Booker Limited and Usdaw are committed to working in partnership to promote and support Lifelong Learning and ensure equality of access to learning opportunities. Both parties will encourage staff to access learning opportunities, which will enable each individual to fulfil his or her potential.
