Jus-rol, Berwick - Guidelines for a site learning fund

This learning policy is a local agreement covering the Jus-rol site at Berwick-upon-Tweed. Jus-rol is a food manufacturing plant employing approximately 330 members of staff. The joint learning policy includes guidelines for a learning fund.

An income and expenditure report will be issued to the Learning Group on a monthly basis and the money in the account will not be zero’d at the end of the financial year.  If the company should be bought-over or go into liquidation then it is noted that this fund does not actually belong to the Company but to the Union and will therefore be covered by trade union/employer guidelines.
