Learning Partnership Policy for Jus-rol, Berwick-upon-Tweed
This learning policy is a local agreement covering the Jus-rol site at Berwick-upon-Tweed. Jus-rol is a food manufacturing plant employing approximately 330 members of staff. The joint learning policy includes guidelines for a learning fund and terms of reference for a workplace Learning Committee.
