Lifelong Learning Agreement between Argos Widnes and Usdaw
This agreement is a local agreement covering the Argos site at Widnes. Argos Widnes is a call centre employing approximately 1200 members of staff. The joint learning policy includes terms of reference for a site learning committee.
Both ARG (Widnes ) and Usdaw are committed to working in partnership to promote and support Lifelong Learning and ensure equality of access to learning opportunities. Both parties will encourage staff to access learning opportunities, which will enable each individual to fulfil his or her potential. This will be achieved by continuing improvement through development of awareness and improved individual performance, innovation, training and effective communication.
