"Dairy Crest and the Unions are committed to the principle of Lifelong Learning and are confident of the benefits of Lifelong Learning to both the Company and individual employees.
Dairy Crest believes that the changing nature of work means it is necessary for all employees to learn new skills and update existing skills on a continual basis.
The Unions believe that in a world of work that is continually changing the best security our members can have is the possibility of continually developing their skills and talents.
Therefore, Dairy Crest and the Unions are committed to encouraging and supporting a culture of learning and continuing Personal Development at Aspatria".
