A model joint learning fund
This is an example of the rules for a joint learning fund.
As part of the learning initiative, it is necessary to set up a bank account for the site learning fund. The arrangements for the accounts are as follows:

The accounts will be called the "Learning Fund – followed by site name”

The funds drawn from the account will only be used to help make learning affordable. The steering group/learning committee will make decisions about which learning will be subsidised and the amount of subsidy it will receive.
