Learning Agreements

Lifelong Learning Agreements are negotiated with employers so the learning initiative can carry on even if a sympathetic manager moves on or the workplace is bought by a different employer. There are three different kinds of agreements:

  1. Joint Learning Policies agree the overarching roles and responsibilities for workplace Learning and can be negotiated at either corporate level or site level.
  2. Learning Committees in local workplaces have their role and membership agreed in writing.
  3. Joint Learning Funds are set up by workplace Learning committees to fund learning activities. There needs to be a written agreement on how the funds will be spent.
All agreements are listed below by company.Click on the name of your company to find your agreement.
