The Union Learning Rep
Union Learning Reps are a new type of trade union activist that have similar legal rights to those of other union reps. They work through the union to help members get access to learning opportunities and enable them to brush up or learn new skills.
Becoming a Union Learning Rep

- Would you like to help other people get back into learning?
- Are you an Usdaw member?
... then there's a role for you in Usdaw.
Usdaw has trained over 500 Union Learning Rep. Every year we help over 2,500 members back into learning.You can too.
A full range of training and support will be given to all Union Learning Reps. No previous union experience is necessary.
