The Learning Bug is produced four times a year for Usdaw Learning Reps. It contains the latest news and information, and allows Usdaw Learning Reps to share experience.

- 2006 Issue 1
- This issue of the Learning Bug begins with looking at how Union Learning Reps (ULRs) have been granted official status in the rule book. Also included are articles on learndirect and the trade union hub, Cavaghan and Gray, Usdaw’s regional ULR forums, Learning for Life, English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) and an audience with ULR, Angela Hoskins.
- 2005 Issue 1
- Issue 4 of the Learning Bug begins with a note from the General Secretary upping Usdaw’s campaign for workplace Learning Committees. Also included are articles on how Usdaw is campaigning to make learning affordable, learners at Standard Soap in Ashby-de-la-Zouch, what’s happening in retail, Usdaw’s Lifelong Learning project in Kent, taking the National Tests and an audience with Hema Chevli.
- 2004 Issue 3
- This issue of the Learning Bug begins by congratulating the 10,000 Usdaw members that have returned to learning since the launch of Usdaw's Lifelong Learning campaign. Also included are articles on the Lifelong Learning section of the Usdaw web site, learning at Sainsbury's in the South West, Usdaw's first ever Lifelong Learning Distribution Conference, the learning dividend at the Ipswich and Norwich Co-op, the Get On at Work campaign and a week in the life of Amanda Davison - Usdaw Union Learning Rep.
- 2004 Issue 2
- Issue 2 of the Learning Bug features an update on Usdaw's Lifelong Learning campaign, which is now over 5 years old. Also included are articles on Basic Skills, an open day at Grampian Country Pork, two weeks in the life of Ed Leach, Usdaw Learning Rep and a feature on Lifelong Learning in Scotland.
- 2003 Issue 1
- The first issue of the Learning Bug features articles on the achievements of Usdaw Learning Reps at Shop Direct in Wigan and the Sainsbury Distribution Network. An Usdaw Learning Rep from the Tesco Welham Green Distribution Centre describes "A Week in the Life of a Learning Rep".
