Revised Welfare at Work Guidance
By Tony Larkin
HSE has revised its Welfare at Work: Guidance for Employers on Welfare Provisions (INDG293).
It sets out the welfare facilities employers must provide for their employees. It clarifies that it is not a legal requirement to put up signs for drinking water unless there is a risk of people drinking non-drinking water.
The main change from previous guidance is to update the advice on smoking at work. To view the guidance go to Welfare at Work
