Calling all laundry workers!

The HSE has set up a new web site aimed at the laundry and dry cleaning industry

Now members who work in laundries or in in-store dry-cleaners don't need to fell left out! The HSE has got advice on its website for employers and workers in these sectors as well. According to the HSE the main cause of injury in these industries are manual handling and machinery. There are also health hazards such as RSI from repetitive work, deafness from noisy machinery and exposure to hazardous chemicals. To find out more log on to HSE Laundry web pages
