Usdaw slips mapping tool adopted by HSE02 June 2007The HSE has developed a new slips and trips risk mapping tool for trade union safety reps based on the one that Usdaw produced three years ago. The four page guide has been developed from Usdaw’s ‘Risk Mapping for Slips and Trips’ leaflet which has proved to be a very simple and effective way to identify and control the risks. The HSE guide contains information about the control measures that inspectors are expected to look out for when inspecting slip and trip risks alongside the Usdaw risk mapping tool.
