Work in temperature controlled rooms above freezing

This guide is for people who work in areas other than freezers

The minimum reasonable temperature is normally 16 Celsius (61 Fahrenheit) or 13 Celsius where physically strenuous work is being done, however in many workplaces it is not possible to keep temperatures so high
