Working in Cold Environments

Many members have to work in a cold environment such as refrigerators, walk in freezers or cold stores on a day-to-day basis. If there is over exposure or working in a cold climate is not properly controlled ill-health effects can occur. There are a number of regulations that protect employees that work in cold climates although none of these are specific.
