Managing AsbestosThe Control of Asbestos at Work Regulations 2002 came into force on 21 November 2002, except for regulations 4 (21 May 2004) and 20 (21 November 2004). These regulations place a Duty to manage asbestos in non-domestic premises on to 'Duty Holders', these can be people who manage, maintain or are tenants or have a contract etc. This guide sets out what is required under these two regulations.
