How to campaign in Sainsburys

When I first went to Sainsburys I had set up a meeting with rep and Area Organiser for the store. We started the meeting, spoke about my expectations of the campaign and all the work the rep was going to do.

When we spoke to management all my expectations went out of the window.
I didn’t realise how hard it would be to get them on board. I had to change tactics quite quickly if we were going to make this campaign a success in the end.
I had to do a recruiment drive in the second week talk to members and potential members about the benefits of parents and carers campaign. The personnel manager came on board which helped others to realise how important the campaign was we are into fourth week at moment and all is well membership is increasing and we have raised awareness.
