Fantastic prizes for top recruiters27 May 2005A new car, a dream holiday and free shopping are all on offer in an exciting new national recruitment prize draw open to members who sign up at least five new recruits between May 2005 and April 2006. To qualify for the national draw any member who signs up five workmates, friends or relatives, will automatically receive a free entry. Sign up ten members and you will receive two entries and so on. “This is our members’ chance to win some brilliant prizes for the work they put in during the year,” said general secretary John Hannett. “The more you recruit the more chances you have of winning. I’m sure this is going to give the union a massive boost. To steal a well-known phrase – you have to be in it to win it.” The draw will be held next April during the union’s ADM. Usdaw staff and those on secondment to the union are not eligible to enter.
