Arena 2009 - Issue 4 (Winter)

The Winter issue of arena has now been mailed out to all members and is packed with advice, information and real life stories of how Usdaw is looking after its members.

There are features on campaigns, the Legal Plus service, and a look back on the events of 2009.

There is also a beginner's guide to Usdaw which explains how all of the different levels - from local to national - are connected.

Finally just in time for Christmas there is a consumer know your rights feature which explains how to enforce your rights when buying goods.
