The Winter issue of Arena is now making its way to Usdaw's members across the UK and it's packed with information on your festive rights, FirstCall Usdaw and the latest news on the Keep Your Cool at Christmas campaign.

There are also individual features on members, real life stories of legal settlements and a look back on a record breaking year for the union.
