Fair Play for Working Carers (Poster)

Usdaw is campaigning for more help with the costs of caring and an end to the benefits trap.

There are times when being a carer can be hard going.

Here's where to go for help and support:

  • Usdaw - for advice about your rights at work.
Call 0845 6060640 (Calls charged at local rates) or speak to your Usdaw rep.
  • Carers UK - for information about support services for carers in your area. Call their carers support line on 0808 808 7777.
  • The Department for Work and Pensions helpline for carers and disabled people - for advice about benefits. Call 01253 856123 or (textphone) 01772 5622 02 or visit www.dwp.gov.uk/carersallowance
