2007 ADM Video/DVD order form

Video tapes and DVDs of all ADM 2007 Conference sessions are now available from Central Office.
These may prove useful in reporting back to your branch and in supplementing any discussions which may take place about Conference business.
If you wish to place an order, please download and complete the form below as soon as possible and return it as indicated. For all videos/DVDs being purchased by the branch, the form must be signed by the Branch Secretary.
Individuals can also purchase the ADM videos/DVDs but must send the correct remittance with their order.
Please note that in order to avoid expensive editing charges and to keep costs to a minimum, it is only possible to supply a Video/DVD containing the whole morning or afternoon session.
