Usdaw has a website dedicated to demystifying the complex world of pensions. The site is run by Usdaw's own in-house pensions team.

The best way to improve your knowledge and build up your confidence when dealing with pensions is to sign up now to Usdaw's Understanding Pensions Home Study Course.

• It will help you understand the different types of pensions, work out what pension you are entitled to and help you improve your pension.
