Just click to find a course to suit you in 2005

21 December 2004

If you haven’t already tried one of Usdaw’s many training courses then now is the time to do something about it and make it your New Year’s resolution to sign up for 2005.

Interested and want to find out more? Then visit the union’s Course Finder on the Usdaw web site where you can access a range of information about what’s on offer and how you can get involved.

Usdaw’s Education department provides a range of training opportunities for members and reps. Whether you are an experienced rep or brand new or just an interested member then Usdaw has something to offer.

All the courses are run by experienced tutors who will help you make the most of your course. Some are run in your division while others are held at the union’s own national training centre in Warrington.

There are a range of introductory courses designed for reps, health and safety reps, lifelong learning reps and branch officers. As well as courses aimed at developing your knowledge and skills on collective bargaining, rights at work , maternity rights, and improving your communication techniques.

You can find out more about all the activities of the Education department by contacting your union rep, Area Organiser or your local Usdaw office.
