History makers!
Usdaw held its first conference exclusively for warehouse and distribution members in late June.
More than 50 reps and officials were at the inaugural trade conference held at the Daresbury Hotel in Cheshire.
General secretary John Hannett said it marked 'an historic first for this very important sector'. "Reps at ADM told us they wanted a separate conference and this is what we have delivered," he said. "We have a fantastic network of hard-working reps in the sector and I'm confident we can increase our profile and influence even further."
