Political support vital

Usdaw reps in the North East division won the support of the Rt Hon Stephen Byers MP (North Tyneside) and Mayor John Harrison who joined members of North Tyneside branch to give their backing to Usdaw’s Parents and Carers campaign.

"Stephen Byers has always given his full backing to all Usdaw's campaigns," said Branch Secretary and Morrisons rep Michael Green. "Having his and the mayor's backing is good news for the hundreds of Usdaw members in North Tyneside with parental and caring responsibilities."
