Organising Academy
Usdaw’s organising academy has been a huge success with a staggering 11,250 new members, and hundreds of new reps, recruited in the last two years.
Last year 18 Academy trainees' combination of on-the-job and classroom-based training, coupled with their enthusiasm and commitment, helped set up more than a hundred newly organised workplaces across the UK.
