What are the current rates of the National Minimum Wage?

From 1 October 2008 the hourly rate for all workers aged 22 and over will increase from £5.52 to £5.73 and the hourly rate for 18-21 year olds from £4.60 to £4.77. The rate for 16 and 17 year olds will increase from £3.40 to £3.53 per hour.
