Maternity, Parental and Adoption

Am I and/or my partner entitled to adoption leave? Am I and/or my partner entitled to parental leave? Am I entitled to maternity pay? Am I entitled to return to the same job after maternity leave? Are partners entitled to paternity leave? Can I take a longer period of maternity leave? Can my employer dismisses me or make me redundant during my pregnancy/maternity leave? Can my employer refuse or stop my pay for attending ante-natal classes? Does my employer need to acknowledge my pregnancy in writing? How much Maternity Leave can I take?
