questions

What has the union ever done for me?

questions

Pay increases, better conditions, shorter hours, paid holidays etc, don’t just happen. Neither are they freely volunteered by a ‘charitable’ employer. They are all won by union negotiators. You may be dissatisfied with your pay – but, think what it would be like if there was no union to press for improvements.

answers

Usdaw is constantly working to improve and maintain its members pay and conditions. Usdaw is constantly working to protect and improve its members interests.

But it needs you to join to add your weight to that of the other members in order to be successful.
