questions

I’ve only a few years to go – aren’t I too old to bother joining a union?

questions

As an older worker you probably need a union more than most. You only have to look around to see that when changes take place at work the older workers are the first to feel the pressure.

answers

Because you're older your chances of needing the union's cash benefits, like sick pay, are probably higher. If you think about it you will see that joining a union is a particularly good move for you.
