questions

How can I enforce my rights under the Sunday Trading Act?

questions

You can enforce your rights by applying to an Industrial Tribunal, but you must act quickly because there is a three-month time limit from the date of the dismissal, discipline or unfavourable treatment.

answers

You should also raise the problem as a grievance under the Company procedures. If you are an Usdaw member the union will help and advise you about your rights under the Act and represent you.
