Your employer cannot force you to have a new contract unless you agree the terms. Read any new contract documents carefully.

If you do not agree the new terms write to the Company and say so and lodge a grievance. All Protected Shopworkers should keep the contract documents which apply to them on 26 August 1994 safely, as they may be needed later.
