No. Opting In must be entirely a voluntary process. Do not sign an Opting In Notice unless you are entirely happy about Sunday working and have agreed the specific formula.

You can go to a Tribunal if you are disciplined, dismissed or otherwise treated unfavourably because you refused to sign an Opting In Notice or refused to work on Sunday.
